This Refund Policy explains how refunds, replacements, download issues, cancellations, duplicate charges, payment disputes, and digital product access are handled for Plan Track Grow products.
Plan Track Grow sells digital products, including spreadsheets, Excel files, Google Sheets versions, Notion templates, dashboards, trackers, planners, PDF guides, workbooks, checklists, bundles, bonuses, free downloads, and related digital resources.
Because these products are digital and are usually delivered immediately after purchase, our refund rules are different from those for physical products. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using a Plan Track Grow product, you agree to this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy should be made available before purchase and may also be included or linked at checkout, in order confirmations, and in product delivery communications.
1. Digital Product Refund Policy
Plan Track Grow products are digital downloads. Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, opened, copied, or made available to you, the sale is generally final to the fullest extent permitted by law.
This is because digital products cannot be returned physically, unlike physical goods. Once access is provided, the buyer can save, copy, duplicate, download, edit, or use the files.
For this reason, we generally do not provide refunds simply because:
you changed your mind;
you no longer need the product;
you purchased the wrong product by mistake;
you did not read the product description before buying;
you expected features that were not listed on the product page;
you do not have the required software to open or use the product;
you do not like the layout, design, colors, or structure;
you decide the product does not fit your workflow after purchase;
you forgot to download the product;
you did not use the product;
you found another product elsewhere;
you expected a physical item to be shipped;
you assumed the product included software, subscriptions, coaching, customization, or support not stated on the product page.
This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under your local law.
2. Instant Digital Download Consent
Plan Track Grow products may be delivered immediately after purchase through a download page, email, customer account, checkout platform, or third-party delivery system.
Where required by law, before receiving immediate access to a digital product, you will be asked to confirm that:
you understand the product is digital;
no physical item will be shipped;
you want immediate access to the digital product;
you understand that once access, download, or delivery begins, you may lose any cancellation, return, or withdrawal right that would otherwise apply, except where a mandatory legal remedy remains in effect.
Recommended checkout checkbox wording:
“I understand this is a digital product and no physical item will be shipped. I agree to receive immediate access to this digital product and understand that, once access or download begins, I may lose any cancellation, return, or withdrawal right where permitted by law. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.”
If your local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights still apply.
3. When We May Offer a Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit
Although digital sales are generally final after access begins, we want every customer to receive what they purchased.
Please contact us if:
you were charged twice for the same product;
you received the wrong file;
the download link does not work;
the file is corrupted and cannot be opened;
the product is materially different from what was described on the product page;
a major technical issue caused by Plan Track Grow prevents you from accessing the purchased file;
the checkout process charged you but did not deliver the product;
you purchased a bundle and one of the listed files is missing;
you received an incomplete file due to an upload or delivery error.
Depending on the issue and applicable law, we may offer one or more of the following remedies:
a corrected file;
a replacement download link;
access through another delivery method;
basic troubleshooting support;
store credit;
a partial refund;
a full refund.
The remedy will depend on the nature of the issue, whether the product was accessed or downloaded, whether the problem can be fixed, and any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply. If we cannot deliver a paid digital product you purchased because of an issue within our control, we will provide a working replacement, another legally appropriate remedy, or a refund where required.
4. Duplicate Purchases or Duplicate Charges
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once using the same customer information, please contact us at support@plantrackgrowstudio.com.
If we can verify a duplicate charge for the same product, we may refund the duplicate payment or provide store credit.
Please include:
your name;
the email used at checkout;
the product name;
purchase date;
proof of the duplicate charge, if available.
Refunds for duplicate purchases are handled case by case. We may refuse a duplicate refund if the purchases were made under different accounts, different emails, as gifts, as separate bundle purchases, or for different products.
5. Wrong Product Purchased by Mistake
Please review the product page carefully before purchasing.
If you buy the wrong product by mistake and have not accessed, downloaded, opened, copied, or used the file, contact us as soon as possible at support@plantrackgrowstudio.com.
We may, at our discretion, offer:
store credit;
an exchange for another product;
a partial adjustment;
a refund if legally required.
Once the product has been accessed, downloaded, opened, copied, or used, we generally cannot offer a refund for customer error unless required by law.
6. Download Problems
If you cannot access your download, please contact us before opening a payment dispute.
Many download issues can be fixed quickly by:
checking your spam, promotions, or junk folder;
confirming the email address used at checkout;
trying a different browser;
clearing your browser cache;
using a computer instead of a mobile device;
checking your internet connection;
trying the download again later;
requesting a fresh download link.
If the download issue is caused by our delivery system, file upload, or checkout setup, we will make a reasonable effort to provide access through another method.
If we cannot provide access to a product you paid for, you may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or other remedy depending on the situation and applicable law.
7. Software Compatibility and Device Issues
Plan Track Grow products may require third-party software or platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, a PDF reader, or another compatible tool.
Unless clearly stated on the product page, your purchase does not include:
Microsoft Excel;
Microsoft 365;
Google Workspace;
Notion;
Canva;
paid software subscriptions;
device upgrades;
technical training;
custom setup;
third-party platform access.
You are responsible for checking the product description, file format, compatibility notes, and software requirements before purchasing.
We generally do not provide refunds because:
you do not have the required software;
your software version is outdated;
your device cannot open the file;
third-party software changes how the product displays;
the product looks slightly different in Google Sheets than in Excel;
you expected a format that was not listed on the product page;
you edited, deleted, moved, or broke formulas after downloading the file.
If a product page clearly states compatibility and the product does not work as described due to a file issue within our control, contact us so we can review the matter.
8. Editing, Customization, and Formula Issues
Many Plan Track Grow products are editable spreadsheets or templates. Once a file is downloaded, the buyer may edit, duplicate, rename, move, or customize it.
Because customer edits can affect formulas, formatting, charts, dashboards, dropdowns, links, and file structure, we are not responsible for issues caused by:
deleted formulas;
changed cell references;
overwritten dashboard cells;
removed tabs;
renamed tables or ranges;
altered dropdown lists;
broken links caused by file movement;
unsupported file conversions;
heavy customization;
importing the file into unsupported software.
If you accidentally break your working copy, you may return to the original download file or request a fresh copy where reasonable.
Refunds are generally not provided for issues caused by user edits or unsupported customization.
9. Bundles, Sale Items, Discounts, and Promotional Offers
Bundle purchases are treated as one digital purchase unless otherwise stated.
If you purchase a bundle, refund requests will be reviewed based on the full bundle, not only one individual file. If one file in a bundle has a delivery issue, we will usually try to fix or replace that file first.
Discounted products, sale items, launch offers, coupon purchases, founding customer offers, and promotional bundles are generally final once accessed or downloaded, unless a mandatory legal right applies.
If a price changes after you purchase, we do not provide price adjustments or retroactive refunds unless clearly stated in the promotion terms or required by law.
10. Free Products and Lead Magnets
Free downloads, free samples, lead magnets, bonus files, and promotional resources are provided as free digital resources.
Because no payment is made for free products, refunds do not apply.
We may update, remove, replace, or retire free products at any time.
Free products are still covered by our License Terms. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, rebrand, share, or claim free Plan Track Grow products as your own.
11. Product Updates and Future Versions
Purchasing a product does not automatically guarantee lifetime access to all future versions, upgrades, expanded editions, platform conversions, or new formats unless the product page clearly states that future updates are included.
We may choose to provide updates, corrected files, or improvements as a courtesy, but we are not required to do so unless required by law or stated on the product page.
Refunds are generally not provided because a newer version is later released, a feature is added later, or an older version is replaced.
12. Support Before Refunds
Before requesting a refund, please contact support so we can try to resolve the issue.
Support may include:
resending a download link;
confirming your order email;
replacing a corrupted file;
explaining which file to open first;
providing basic guidance on where to enter information;
sending a clean copy if your original file was damaged during download.
Support does not include:
custom spreadsheet editing;
personal financial, legal, tax, accounting, academic, medical, or wellness advice;
software training;
device troubleshooting;
rebuilding files after heavy customization;
creating a new version for your personal workflow;
support for unauthorized shared copies;
support for products obtained through piracy, file-sharing, or unauthorized resale.
13. How to Request a Refund or Remedy
To request help, a replacement, store credit, or refund review, contact us at:

your full name;
the email used at checkout;
the product name;
the order number, if available;
the purchase date;
a clear description of the issue;
screenshots or error messages, if helpful;
whether you have already accessed or downloaded the product.
Refund or remedy requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and understand the problem.
14. Review Time
We aim to review refund or remedy requests within 3 to 7 business days after receiving the required information.
Some requests may take longer if we need to verify payment records, check download logs, review screenshots, investigate a file issue, or wait for a third-party payment processor or platform.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund.
15. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method, where possible.
Processing times depend on the payment processor, bank, card provider, platform, and currency conversion systems. After we issue a refund, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.
Transaction fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, payment processor fees, taxes, or platform fees may not always be refundable where permitted by law. Where applicable law or the payment processor requires a different result, that requirement will apply.
If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or unable to receive the refund, we may offer store credit or another reasonable remedy where permitted.
16. Effect of Refund on Product License
If a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, cancellation, or successful payment dispute is issued, your license to use the related Plan Track Grow product may end immediately unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If your license ends, you must:
stop using the product;
delete or destroy all copies in your possession or control;
remove copies from your devices, cloud drives, shared folders, backups, and workspaces;
stop using any edited or modified versions;
stop using the product in your personal, household, academic, freelance, or business systems;
stop sharing screenshots, templates, dashboards, guides, or product files;
stop using any content, formulas, copy, layouts, or structure from the refunded product.
A refund does not give you permission to keep using the product.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@plantrackgrowstudio.com so we can try to resolve it.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may delay resolution.
If you open a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or fraud claim, we may suspend your access to downloads, support, and future purchases while the matter is reviewed.
If a payment dispute is resolved in your favor, your license to use the product may end and you must delete all copies as described above.
Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, repeated payment disputes, or misuse of refund processes may result in refusal of future purchases, cancellation of access, and reporting to the payment processor or platform where permitted by law.
18. Abuse of Refunds or Support
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, restrict support, cancel access, or refuse future orders where legally permitted if we believe there is abuse of the refund process.
Examples may include:
repeated purchases and refund requests;
downloading multiple products and requesting refunds after access;
falsely claiming non-delivery after download access was provided;
requesting refunds after violating the License Terms;
using refunds to obtain products for free;
threatening chargebacks to obtain products or services not included in the purchase;
attempting to keep using a product after refund.
19. Unauthorized Purchases and Fraud
If you believe a purchase was made without your permission, contact us and your payment provider promptly.
We may investigate suspected fraudulent orders, unauthorized payments, stolen payment methods, suspicious download activity, or misuse of accounts.
Where fraud is suspected, we may suspend access, cancel delivery, refuse future orders, or cooperate with payment processors, platforms, or relevant authorities where permitted by law.
20. Marketplace or Third-Party Platform Purchases
If you purchase a Plan Track Grow product through a third-party platform, marketplace, payment processor, or seller platform, the refund process may also be subject to that platform’s rules.
Examples may include Gumroad, Payhip, WooCommerce payment processors, PayPal, Stripe, card providers, or other checkout services.
Where a third-party platform controls the payment or refund process, we may need to follow that platform’s refund tools, timelines, fees, and dispute procedures.
This Refund Policy applies to Plan Track Grow’s position on refunds, but it does not override mandatory rules set by payment providers, marketplaces, or applicable law.
21. Physical Products
Plan Track Grow primarily sells digital products.
If we offer physical products in the future, those products may have a separate refund, return, shipping, and delivery policy.
Unless a product page clearly states that a physical item is included, no physical product will be shipped.
22. No Guaranteed Results
Refunds are not provided because a product does not create a specific result.
Plan Track Grow products are organization, planning, tracking, productivity, educational, or self-management tools. They do not guarantee:
increased income;
lower expenses;
debt payoff;
business growth;
sales;
academic improvement;
better grades;
improved mental health;
improved physical health;
legal, tax, or accounting outcomes;
perfect organization;
personal or professional success.
Your results depend on your own use, data entry, consistency, decisions, software, circumstances, and any professional advice you seek.
23. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be limited, excluded, or waived under applicable law.
If you are a consumer in a location with mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights still apply.
This means that, where the law requires it, you may still have rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, not delivered, inaccessible because of our error, or otherwise protected by consumer law.
If any part of this Refund Policy conflicts with mandatory law that applies to you, the mandatory law will apply only to the extent required.
