Are these physical products?

You may be able to open the files on a phone or tablet, but we do not recommend using them primarily on mobile. These templates are easier to view, edit, and manage on a laptop or desktop computer because dashboards, tables, and formulas need enough screen space.

Do I need advanced Excel skills?

No. Most products are designed to be beginner-friendly. The editable areas are usually clearly marked, and the included guide explains how to use the file step by step. You do not need to build formulas yourself.

Product Access and Downloads

How do I receive my files after purchase?

After checkout, you should receive access to your digital files through one or more of the following:

• Your purchase confirmation page

• A download link

• Your website account

• Your email receipt

• A course or product access page, depending on how the product is delivered

Please save your files somewhere safe after downloading them.

I purchased a product but did not receive the download. What should I do?

First, check your email inbox, spam folder, promotions folder, and the email address you used at checkout. If you still cannot find your product access, contact support with your name, email address used for purchase, and the product name.

Can I download the product more than once?

This depends on the delivery settings for the product. We recommend downloading your files immediately and saving a backup copy to your computer or cloud storage.

Can I reuse the spreadsheet every month or year?

Many templates are designed to be reused. Depending on the product, you may duplicate tabs, clear example data, or save a fresh copy for each new month, year, client, launch, or project. The product guide will explain the best way to reuse that specific spreadsheet.

What should I do before editing the spreadsheet?

Always make a duplicate copy before entering your information. Keep the original file untouched as your clean master copy. This way, if you accidentally edit a formula or delete something important, you can start again from the original.

Editing and Customization

Can I customize the spreadsheet?

Yes, you may customize the spreadsheet for your own use. You can usually edit categories, names, notes, dates, amounts, and other input fields.

Please be careful when editing formulas, dashboard cells, charts, or protected sections. Changing formula areas may affect how the spreadsheet works.

Can I add more rows?

In most spreadsheet products, yes. Many tables are designed so you can add more rows for additional income entries, expenses, invoices, bills, products, clients, habits, assignments, or content ideas.

If the product guide includes specific instructions for adding rows, follow those instructions so the formulas continue working properly.

Can I change the currency?

Can I change the categories?

What if I accidentally break a formula?

If you still have the original download, open a fresh copy and transfer your data carefully. This is why we strongly recommend keeping one untouched master copy.

What license comes with the products?

Unless stated otherwise, all products are for personal use only. This means you may use the spreadsheet for your own personal life, household, studies, content, or business organization.

You may not resell, share, copy, redistribute, upload, give away, modify for resale, or claim the product as your own.

Can I use the spreadsheet for my own business?

Yes, you may use the spreadsheet to organize your own business. For example, you may use a bookkeeping tracker for your own records, an invoice tracker for your own invoices, or a launch planner for your own launch.

That is still considered personal/internal business use.

Can I use the spreadsheet with my clients?

Not under the standard personal use license. You may not distribute the file to clients, upload it into a client portal, include it inside your own paid program, use it as a client deliverable, or give copies to others.

If you want to use a product with clients, teams, students, members, or customers, please contact us to discuss a separate commercial or group license if available.

Can I share the file with my spouse, assistant, or team member?

The standard license is for one purchaser. If someone is helping you manage your own household or business information, limited internal access may be reasonable, but they may not copy, reuse, resell, or distribute the file.

Can I resell the spreadsheet after editing it?

No. Editing the spreadsheet does not give you ownership of the template design, structure, formulas, guides, or system. You may not resell, rebrand, redistribute, or turn any product into your own digital product.

Can I use screenshots of the spreadsheet online?

You may use screenshots for your own personal or business process content, as long as you do not reveal, recreate, distribute, or teach the full template structure in a way that allows others to copy the product.

What payment methods do you accept?

What currency are prices listed in?

Are the budgeting spreadsheets financial advice?

Are student trackers a guarantee of better grades?

What is the best way to use these products consistently?
