Welcome to the Plan Track Grow License Page.

This page explains what you can and cannot do with any digital product you purchase, download, access, or receive from Plan Track Grow. This includes spreadsheets, Excel files, Google Sheets versions, Notion templates, dashboards, trackers, planners, PDF guides, workbooks, checklists, bundles, bonuses, free downloads, and related digital resources.

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, copying, editing, or using any Plan Track Grow product, you agree to this license.

This license is designed to keep usage clear: you may use the product as a tool for your own life, studies, household, freelance work, or internal business organization. You may not resell it, share it, rebrand it, upload it, distribute it, sublicense it, or turn it into your own product.

1. Personal Use License

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, every Plan Track Grow product is provided under a personal-use license.

This means your purchase gives you permission to use the product for yourself, your household, your studies, your personal planning, your freelance work, or your own internal business tracking.

You are buying a limited right to use the product. You are not buying ownership of the product itself.

The spreadsheet, template, planner, PDF, or dashboard may live on your device, but the product design, layout, formulas, structure, written content, screenshots, branding, dashboard design, guide content, and original files remain the intellectual property of Plan Track Grow.

This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable if violated, and limited to the uses described on this page.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated in this license. Any use not clearly allowed by this license requires written permission from Plan Track Grow before that use begins.

2. What You May Do

With your purchase, you may:

• download the product for your own permitted use;

• save a backup copy for yourself;

• use the product for your personal life, household, studies, freelance work, or internal business tracking;

• enter your own information into the file;

• customize categories, labels, colors, tabs, rows, columns, or fields for your own use;

• duplicate the product for your own repeated use, such as one copy per month, year, project, client record, launch, budget, school term, or business period;

• print pages for your own personal or internal use;

• use the product to organize your own money, content, sales, invoices, habits, meals, launches, grades, client payments, or business operations;

• store your private copy in your own Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Notion workspace, computer folder, or business system, provided access stays private and restricted;

• allow members of your own household to view or use your private copy for household organization, as long as you do not give them separate product files, public links, resale rights, or redistribution rights;

• share completed reports, exported summaries, or your own entered data with your accountant, bookkeeper, tax advisor, academic advisor, coach, consultant, or other professional advisor, as long as you are not sharing the blank template, formulas, editable dashboard, copyable structure, or original product files.

In plain language: use it as a working tool. Do not distribute the tool itself.

3. What You May Not Do

You may not:

• resell the product;

• share the product files with others;

• give the product away for free;

• upload the product to another website, marketplace, group, community, shared drive, resource library, or file-sharing platform;

• make the product publicly accessible through a shared link;

• claim the product as your own creation;

• rebrand the product as your own template;

• remove Plan Track Grow branding, copyright notices, or license notices and present the product as yours;

• copy the layout, formulas, structure, dashboards, guide content, product copy, screenshots, or design to create a competing or similar product;

• include the product inside your own course, membership, coaching program, client portal, paid community, free resource library, workshop, webinar, school platform, or lead magnet;

• use the product as PLR, MRR, resale content, white-label content, template-flipping material, or commercial licensing material;

• sell edited or modified versions of the product;

• convert the product into a Canva template, Notion template, Excel template, Google Sheets template, PDF, workbook, planner, app, dashboard, or digital download for resale or distribution;

• use the product to build or stock a competing digital product shop;

• distribute the product to a team, classroom, company, organization, client group, or audience without written permission;

• sublicense, lease, rent, lend, assign, transfer, or otherwise provide access to the product to another person or organization;

• use the product, formulas, structure, layouts, copy, or screenshots to train, prompt, scrape, clone, generate, or develop competing templates, AI-generated products, or derivative digital products;

• publish tutorials, walkthroughs, videos, screenshots, downloads, or instructions that reveal enough of the product for someone else to recreate, copy, or use it without purchasing.

This license is not a resale license, redistribution license, commercial template license, agency license, classroom license, team license, PLR license, MRR license, or white-label license.

4. Internal Business Use

You may use Plan Track Grow products inside your own business for your own tracking, planning, and organization.

For example, you may use a business spreadsheet to track your own income, expenses, invoices, sales, cash flow, client payments, launch tasks, creator metrics, product ideas, or content calendar.

However, internal business use does not mean you may give, sell, upload, or distribute the product files to clients, customers, students, team members, contractors, course members, community members, or buyers.

You may use the product to manage your own business. You may not make the product itself part of what you sell, teach, deliver, demonstrate in full, license, or distribute.

5. Client Work and Coaching Use

If you are a coach, consultant, freelancer, teacher, content creator, service provider, or business owner, you may use the product to organize your own work.

You may not give the actual file, template, dashboard, guide, workbook, or planner to your clients as part of your service unless you receive written permission from Plan Track Grow.

For example:

• you may use a Client Payment Tracker to manage your own client payments;

• you may not give that tracker to your clients as a bonus, worksheet, resource, or template;

• you may use a Launch Planner to organize your own launch;

• you may not include the Launch Planner inside your paid course or coaching program;

• you may use a Budget Tracker for your own finances;

• you may not upload the tracker into a public resource library.

You may discuss insights from your own completed file, but you may not distribute the original file, blank template, formulas, editable dashboard, guide, or modified version.

6. Team, Classroom, and Organization Use

This license is for one purchaser’s personal or internal use only.

If you want to use a Plan Track Grow product for a team, school, classroom, group program, company, agency, nonprofit, membership, community, or organization, you need written permission or a separate license.

Examples that require written permission include:

• sending the file to employees or team members;

• giving the product to students;

• adding the product to a classroom folder;

• uploading the file to a company drive for multiple people;

• including the product in a paid workshop, course, or membership;

• using the product as a client deliverable;

• distributing it inside a group coaching program;

• sharing a Google Sheets or Notion version through an open or public link;

• creating a copy for multiple users who did not purchase it.

7. Cloud Sharing and Access Settings

If you upload a Plan Track Grow product to Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Notion, or another cloud platform, you are responsible for keeping access private and restricted.

You may not set the file, folder, template, dashboard, or download link to public access.

You may not share a copy link, template link, edit link, view link, download link, or duplicate link with people who have not purchased or been authorized to access the product.

If you need to share a completed report or summary with a professional advisor, share only the completed report or exported summary when possible, not the original editable product file.

8. Screenshots, Reviews, and Social Sharing

You may share a small screenshot, review, or testimonial of your own use of a Plan Track Grow product for personal recommendation, product feedback, or review purposes.

However, the screenshot or video must not reveal enough of the product for another person to copy, recreate, or use it without purchasing.

Please do not share:

• full dashboards;

• full spreadsheet tabs;

• formulas;

• editable templates;

• blank product pages;

• full PDF guide pages;

• download links;

• walkthroughs that show the entire product structure;

• screenshots that allow someone to rebuild the product.

A brief review or limited screenshot is permitted. Sharing enough of the product for others to copy, recreate, or use it is not permitted.

9. Digital Product Ownership

All Plan Track Grow products remain the intellectual property of Plan Track Grow unless clearly stated otherwise.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• spreadsheet layouts;

• formulas;

• dashboards;

• tab structures;

• PDF guides;

• instructions;

• written explanations;

• product descriptions;

• images;

• screenshots;

• product names;

• templates;

• trackers;

• planners;

• workbooks;

• visual design;

• branding;

• downloadable files;

• bonus materials;

• product frameworks and organization systems.

Your purchase gives you a limited license to use the product according to this page. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, resale rights, redistribution rights, sublicensing rights, distribution rights, trademark rights, or commercial licensing rights to you.

10. No Copying for Competing Products

You may not use Plan Track Grow products as a base, model, shortcut, source file, reference copy, or blueprint to create competing or similar products.

This includes copying, closely imitating, reverse engineering, or adapting the product’s:

• dashboard design;

• formulas;

• workbook structure;

• worksheet layout;

• PDF guide wording;

• field names and organization;

• listing copy;

• screenshots;

• Canva-style product visuals;

• file packaging;

• overall product concept and sequence.

You may create your own original spreadsheets, planners, or digital products from scratch. You may not use Plan Track Grow’s products as the foundation, source material, or substantially similar model for products you sell, distribute, license, or promote.

11. Product Modifications

You may customize your purchased product for your own permitted use.

For example, you may:

• change categories;

• rename tabs;

• adjust colors;

• add rows;

• add columns;

• add your own notes;

• duplicate the file for a new month, year, project, or purpose;

• adapt the file to fit your personal or internal business workflow.

However, editing or modifying the product does not give you ownership of the original product or permission to resell, share, rebrand, upload, redistribute, license, or give away the original or modified version.

Modified versions are still covered by this license.

12. Free Products, Samples, and Bonuses

Free downloads, bonuses, samples, promotional resources, and free templates from Plan Track Grow are also protected by this license unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Even if you received a product for free, you may not resell it, upload it, redistribute it, rebrand it, include it in your own offer, or claim it as your own.

A free product is still protected by copyright, license terms, and intellectual property rights.

13. Product Bundles

If you purchase a bundle, the same license applies to every product included in the bundle unless a specific product includes a separate written license.

You may use the bundled products for your own permitted personal or internal business use. You may not separate bundle items and resell, share, upload, redistribute, repackage, or include them in another bundle or offer.

Bundle pricing does not create resale, redistribution, team, classroom, commercial template, PLR, MRR, or white-label rights.

14. Product Updates and Replacements

If Plan Track Grow provides an updated version, replacement file, corrected file, or bonus file, the same license applies to that updated or replacement product.

Receiving an update does not give you permission to share the old version, new version, or any modified version.

Unless the product page clearly states otherwise, purchasing one version does not guarantee lifetime access to all future versions, upgrades, formats, or expanded editions.

15. License Violations

If this license is violated, Plan Track Grow may take action where legally permitted, including:

• revoking access to purchased products;

• refusing future purchases;

• cancelling access to downloads;

• requesting removal of shared, uploaded, copied, or infringing files;

• reporting unauthorized copies to websites, marketplaces, payment processors, hosting companies, file-sharing platforms, or social media platforms;

• issuing takedown requests;

• pursuing available legal remedies.

If a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed successfully against Plan Track Grow, cancelled, or identified as fraudulent, your license to use the product may end unless Plan Track Grow agrees otherwise in writing. If your license ends, you must stop using the product and delete or destroy all copies in your possession or control, including copies stored on devices, cloud drives, shared folders, backups, or workspaces.

16. Requesting Permission

If you want to use a Plan Track Grow product beyond this personal-use license, please contact us before using it.

Written permission may be needed for:

• team use;

• group coaching programs;

• paid memberships;

• workshops;

• commercial bundles;

• affiliate collaborations;

• brand partnerships;

• organizational use;

• licensing opportunities;

• agency use;

• custom distribution.

Plan Track Grow products may be designed for use with third-party tools or platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, PDF readers, or other software.

All third-party names, trademarks, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners. Plan Track Grow is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected with Microsoft, Google, Notion, Canva, or any other third-party platform unless clearly stated otherwise.

Your purchase does not include any third-party software, subscription, account, license, or platform access unless the product page clearly says otherwise.

17. Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this license is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be limited, excluded, or waived under applicable law.

If you are a consumer in a location with mandatory consumer protection rights, those rights still apply.

This license controls how you may use, copy, share, distribute, modify, and access Plan Track Grow products. Refunds, digital delivery, cancellation rights, privacy, cookies, website use, and payment terms are explained in our related policies. This license should not be read as limiting any non-waivable legal remedy that applies to faulty, inaccessible, or misdescribed digital content.

If there is a conflict between this License Page and a specific written license included with a product, the product-specific license will apply to that product for that product only.

If there is a conflict between this License Page and the Terms and Conditions, this License Page controls only the license and permitted-use rules for Plan Track Grow products. The Terms and Conditions control website use, checkout, payment, refunds, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and other general terms.

If there is a conflict between this License Page and mandatory law that applies to you, the mandatory law will apply only to the extent required.

18A. Severability and Enforcement

If any part of this License Page is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by Plan Track Grow to enforce a license restriction immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.
